Cold Chain
We are able to provide cold chain facilities for all requirements. Our cold chain has established processes to maintain product quality and ensure compliance with global regulations and industry standards for the storage, handling and distribution of temperature sensitive products, with rigorous implementation of controls from point of entry until the product reaches the end-user.
Our cold-chain coverage is equipped with all required temperature data loggers for handling, storage and distribution of temperature-sensitive products and we are continually investing in state-of-theart cold-chain solutions.
We provide the following cold chain facilities:
- Cool Chain – 2 to 8 degrees Celsius and below
- Airconditioned – Below 25 degrees Celsius
- Ambient/Room Temperature
Our facilities include temperature mapping and remote monitoring for all areas and these devices are regularly calibrated. Temperature monitoring is also available during transit for cold chain goods, both inbound and outbound.

Our tender team is very familiar with national procurement guidelines and is able to coordinate all associated activities including following up on supplies, opening of LCs and other necessary activities. We work closely with the Ministry of Health, Biomedical Engineering Division, Provincial Health Services and international procurement bodies. We are able to provide our partners with exposure to tenders for the government, the armed forces and other national and international bodies.
